Paul Tucker, 7th Essex

Paul Tucker (D – 7th Essex)

Representative Paul Tucker, a former Salem police chief, is seeking re-election in the 7th Essex district. He served on the joint committees on the Judiciary, Education, Public Health, and Public Safety and Homeland Security. He was named an ally by Planned Parenthood for 2016, and has been actively working with the LGBTQ community. Tucker will be a panelist at Making Our Cities and Towns More Welcoming for LGBT People at this year’s North Shore Pride. His support and defense of the recently passed transgender anti-discrimination bill demonstrates his commitment to LGBTQ issues. MassEquality PAC is proud to support him in his re-election campaign.
