Shivam Dube scored an unbeaten 60 off 40 balls to lead India to a 6-wicket victory over Afghanistan.
Dube’s brilliant batting helped India secure a thrilling win in the first T20I against Afghanistan in Mohali. Despite a mix-up and the unfortunate run-out of Rohit Sharma, India managed to recover and win the match with 15 balls to spare.
India’s bowlers, Axar Patel and Mukesh Kumar, played crucial roles in restricting Afghanistan to 158/5. Patel and Kumar claimed two wickets each, limiting Afghanistan’s scoring opportunities.
