India is set to take on England in the first match of the series at the Rajiv Gandhi International Stadium in Hyderabad on January 25. The Hyderabad Cricket Association has announced that tickets for the highly anticipated Test match will be exclusively sold online to prevent unauthorized sales. Jagan Mohan Rao, the President of the HCA, emphasized the board’s proactive measures to ensure a fair and secure ticketing process. Additionally, in honor of Republic Day on January 26th, the association will provide complimentary tickets to Indian soldiers and children. The Andhra Cricket Association has also committed to sending 10,000 school students to witness the live match. It is crucial for the Indian team as they face England in a five-game Test series, which could significantly impact their standings in the World Test Championship points table.
