Ishan Kishan recently shared a video showcasing his daily routine, starting with meditation and moving on to various physical activities like running and hurdles exercises at the ground. There is speculation about his absence from the upcoming T20I series against Afghanistan, with reports suggesting that he is in Vadodara training with Hardik Pandya. Kishan had requested a break due to mental exhaustion after the South Africa tour, which was initially denied leading to tensions between him and the BCCI. He made himself available for the T20Is against Afghanistan but was not selected. However, head coach Dravid mentioned that Kishan could be considered for national team selection once he makes himself available and demonstrates strong performance in domestic cricket. While Kishan is not playing in the ongoing Ranji Trophy, there is excitement about his potential participation in the upcoming Indian Premier League season.
