Abdul Razzaq stirs controversy with comment on India’s World Cup final loss

He expressed that it was great for cricket that India lost the match, as he felt that the Indian team was over-confident and took advantage of the home conditions. Razzaq criticized the pitch at Ahmedabad, stating that he had never seen such a bad pitch for any ICC final before. He also suggested that if Virat Kohli had scored a century in the final game, then India would have won the World Cup. Ultimately, Australia won the match, claiming their sixth WC title at Narendra Modi Stadium.
